Anonymity comes from the crowd: a shielded send blends with every other shielded send currently in the pool. 19 notes today means an observer's best guess at "who sent to whom" is 1 in 19. We strongly recommend waiting for the anonymity set to grow past 500 before relying on privacy for high-value transfers. Read the docs for the full model.
